Refund / Cancellation Policy
Privately Sold UK Ltd. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the execution process has started basis the order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
Privately Sold UK Ltd. does not accept cancellation requests unless the customer establishes that the quality of product/service delivered is not at par to the standards of requirements that was communicated or agreed upon.
In case you feel that the product/service received is not as per the scope of the project defined by you or as was mutually agreed upon, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action.
Full refund will be made if you cancel our services within 72 hours of making the payment.
If you choose to terminate our services after the initial 72 hours then you will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project.
The balance will be credited to the account from which you made payment within 14 days of cancellation.
Cancellation of any service renewal should be done 5 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.
If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be liable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.
If you signed up for our services, but did not make use of them then you are still entitled to pay us.
